Leveraging AI technologies, I redesigned IDA Driving School’s website for a seamless user experience and integrated an automated booking system to simplify scheduling and reduce manual work. Implemented automated email workflows to nurture leads and improve student engagement. Developed a targeted content strategy, optimized SEO, and enhanced social media engagement to drive visibility and enrollments.
What are the problems?
Prior to implementing AI solutions, IDA Driving School struggled with a time-consuming, manual email-based sign-up system that required staff to individually process each request, manually coordinate schedules, and respond to inquiries. This created scheduling conflicts, delays in responses, and increased administrative burdens. Additionally, the outdated website lacked a streamlined user experience, making it challenging for prospective students to navigate course offerings and complete bookings.

Redesigned and built a new, modern website from scratch, replacing the outdated version with a user-friendly interface, mobile responsiveness, and SEO optimization to attract and convert visitors.


2. Online Booking System
Integrated an AI-powered online ordering system into the website, replacing the inefficient email-based sign-up process. This system syncs with staff schedules, allowing students to book available time slots, select locations, and choose instructors, significantly reducing administrative workload and improving efficiency.
3. Automated Email and Newsletter
Implemented an AI-driven email marketing system to guide students through different stages of their journey, including welcome emails, reminders, progress updates, and post-course follow-ups. Crafted compelling newsletters to attract new students and drive conversions.

4. Content Development and Social Media Marketing
Leveraged multiple AI tools, including content generation and video editing software, to create engaging and informative social media content, such as a series of videos covering FAQs, test-taking tips, and relatable driving experiences. Managed multiple social media channels to increase awareness and community interaction.
4. Teen Driving Program Launch
Led the marketing and execution of the Teen Driving Program launch, developing onboarding process documentation, promotional materials, targeted campaigns, and community engagement initiatives to maximize enrollment.
